miss_sweet78 - May 17, 2008 01:08:43 PM PSTI've made this dish twce and love it. It's great with a salad or steamed veggies. I don't understand why someone mentioned "jungle like." I plan to add this to my recipe book.

coach2hit - May 5, 2008 01:37:31 PM PSTTried it today and the taste was fair...on a scale of 1 to 5, I give it a 2 plus. There are far better recipes for salmon than this...nothing African about it other than it's "jungle-like". Skip this one, not worth the trouble or expense.
