I\'ve made this dish twce and love it. It\'s great with a salad or steamed veggies. I don\'t understand why someone mentioned "jungle like." I plan to add this to my recipe book.

this ias an easy yet robust and flavourful recipe that will make the cook seem like they slaved alldarn day for...oh yes this is scrumptious and it takes no time at all yet so darn falvourful...try it...it is wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hmmmm... I\'ve prepared salmon very similar to this recipe and it\'s always turned out great... Sometimes I wonder if some users actually taste and adjust their recipes according to the taste PRIOR to cooking these dishes? The mark of a good chef is to ALWAYS taste, first, before continuing on in preparation for this very reason...

I\'m just passing this note along in the case this information may help someone more consistently end up with the dish they are trying for... I\'m thinking perhaps this user did not taste as she went along? This should be an excellent dish...

When I pass on recipes to those who have asked for them, what I am giving them are the bare basics to that recipe -- I do tell them this... It\'s up to them to taste-test to tweak the recipe to their own standards and preferences -- this is what I do as well with new recipes... Just a thought and hope this helps...

I guess three to one says it all!! I haven\'t tried it yet but I just gave my daughter the recipe for tonights dinner, I love salmon period!

Once is enough!

We did the recipe with fresh salmon from Alaska that a friend brought to us. It looked good in the pictures but the flavors were not to our liking. We love salmon but his is one recipe that once was quite enough. We were both trying to get the sauce off the fish and just try to enjoy what pieces we could.

Tried it today and the taste was fair...on a scale of 1 to 5, I give it a 2 plus. There are far better recipes for salmon than this...nothing African about it other than it\'s "jungle-like". Skip this one, not worth the trouble or expense.
