it was hella yummy. And easy. Made more sauce than we really needed, but the sauce stuf was getting pretty brown before the fish was done, so we re-sauced.

To the previous poster---how do you figure this is like tartar sauce? And who eats tartar sauce with salmon anyway?

Braising the fish with a tartar-like sauce already on it and calling it by a different, more classier name. Brilliant.
