Ok, for those of you who are delirious about the use of Splenda as a sweetener should go back to your village because it\'s missing it\'s idiot. Use the sugar, it\'s not chemically tweaked, it\'s natural, Splenda is a ridiculous substitute for sugar and should be yanked off the shelf, truly how many recipes that taste good show a quantity of Splenda in them? Unless your into Jenny Craig and you really think that the small amount of sugar is to blame for you gut busting size wake up and just don\'t eat like a pig-----it\'s called moderation.

THE JUNE/JULY 2008 ISSUE OF SCIENTIFIC AMERICAN MIND MAGAZINE HAS AN ARTICLE ABOUT THE EFFECTS OF ARTIFICIAL SWEETNERS SUCH AS SPLENDA ON THE BRAIN.

This is not a good use of natural food. The sugar content is too high and just not a healthy food.
The use of Splenda may be in order here to make this a more healthy drink.
