Guaranteed crowd-pleasers, these wraps are perfect for leftover grilled chicken. The distinctive salty flavor from the fish sauce is balanced by fresh mint and lemon juice.
Ingredient note
A pungent, soy sauce-like condiment used throughout Southeast Asia, fish sauce is made from fermented, salted fish. Available in large supermarkets and in Asian markets. To warm tortillas in a microwave, stack between two damp paper towels; microwave on high for 30 to 60 seconds, or until heated through.
This was a great recipe! I made it a bit more simply by using a rotisery chicken I baught at a local supermarket! I also added cilantro along with the mint! My husband is a very picky eater and he even enjoyed this recipe! Great summer time lunch or dinner!

Are you sure all of these recipes are in kcal units? Are you sure it\\'s not supposed to be cal? Am I supposed to believe that these chicken wraps are 500,000 calories per serving? Isn\\'t that around 24,000 times your daily caloric intake?

You should be using the low carb whole grain wraps. Then you can call it healthly. I use these wraps for so many things, breakfast, lunch and I even use them for pizza. Try it, my husband goes crazy when I use these wraps to make pizza.
