houstoncook - May 2, 2008 06:20:54 PM PSTI happened to have crab on hand after my picky 9-year-old, who loves crab, left enough for this recipe. What a great (adult) recipe! The orange flavor makes the recipe. Note that I used fresh jalapenos instead of pickled, as that is what I had on hand. These were even good warmed up (1 tortilla's worth, cut in half, microwaved for 20 seconds) for work lunch. Amount of filling is overly generous for 4 tortillas-- I filled 7 in two cookings. But I will definitely make these again. Thanks!
