you forgot to tell what a serving size is. If it makes 32 servings from just 4 apples than the servings have to be very small. Please tell want a serving size is.

If your serving this as a side dish ...say with a pork roast or chops. Just mash the apples with a potato masher. So much better and more "homemade" pureeing it makes it too commerical like. My kid loves my apple sauce...and she thinks its pretty cool I make it myself. I also use a little lemon juice to keep the apples from turning brown. make a bunch and freeze.

TRY IT, YOU'LL REALIZE THAT A SERVING ACCORDING TO THIS RECIPE IS ABOUT A TBLSP.
FOUR MEDIUM APPLES WILL YIELD ENOUGH FOR 6 PEOPLE TO ENJOY.......
ALSO TRY IT AS A DESSERT WITH A TOUCH OF MILK OR CREAM.
