THIS RECIPE WAS EASY TO FOLLOW, AND IT TURNED OUT EXCELLENT COULDNT HAVE HAD A BETTER PRIME RIB IF WE HAD GONE OUT. I MADE IT FOR MY BOYFRIEND FOR NEW YEARS DAY DINNER. HE LOVED.....
