  1. 4 (6 ounce) salmon filets
  2. 2 oranges
  3. 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  4. Coarse salt
  5. Cracked black pepper

Cooking Directions

  1. Split oranges in half and juice them over the top of the salmon filets.
  2. Pour one tablespoon of soy sauce over the top of each filet.
  3. Place your choice of smoke chips in the bottom of the smoker.
  4. Place the salmon filets on top of the rack and give them a dash of salt and pepper.
  5. Place on the grill burner on medium heat for 20 minutes and then serve.

Yield: 4 servings
