  • Why is it that people who grip about calories and fat grams always write the reviews....

Why is it that people who grip about calories and fat always write the reviews? I think this is a delicious sandwich. Obiviously this sandwhich isn\\'t in the healthy food section. It should be apparent to all who see that it is a grilled cheese with sweet potato fries. If you don\\'t want to eat it because of the amount of calories or fat, then don\\'t write a review! Please choose the healthy foods to write a review. The review should be how the food tastes and how it\\'s made, not the amount of fat grams. We all can see the amount of calories and fat grams. It\\'s listed right where the ingredients and directions are!!!

  • Kosher Salt

I\\'m not Jewish, but I love cooking with Kosher salt. It\\'s big and chunky like sea salt and it has a more pleasant flavor than standard table salt.

  • Lighten it recipie up!

There are so many ways to reduce the fat and calories! If you use a panini press, there is no need to butter each side of each slice of bread, the sandwich will taste the same! Saves you at least 10g of fat right there! Also, try 1/2 a sweet potato, sweet potatoes are large and very rich, so unless this is your only meal of the day (or an afternoon cook-out type meal, where you combine lunch and dinner), it will be too much anyways. The recipe could easily come down to about 600 kcal and 35 grams of fat.
