Think you have nothing to eat in your fridge? Well if you have a bottle of salad dressing and some chicken Brooke's got a meal on it's way.
This recipe is really great grilled as well. I put chicken filets in the middle of a medium sized piece of foil (with veggies of choice- I use green and red peppers as well as cubed potatoes). Wrap the foil up and grill for 15-20 minutes. You have the entire meal cooked, with no mess!
