An old Polish recipe made with cream cheese and rice.
Somehow I overlooked the absence of any sweetener in this. I thought the name "cake" meant it would be sort of sweet. We found that eating it with maple syrup was helpful. Then I reheated it and served it with an Italian spaghetti sauce and it was good. I would like to know where it got its name. I asked some friend from Poland about it and they had never heard of anything like this.
