This calzone was delicious, easy to make, and a great way to switch up my weekly meals. After his first bite, my husband said "Mmm, babe!" It was definitely a hit. But, what isn't good when it's wrapped in pizza crust?!
BTW, I made 4 smaller calzones rather than splitting 2 larger ones--it's more visually-appealing. Just watch the baking time! I can't remember exactly, but I baked it for approximately 15 minutes. Also, I omitted the bacon because it just didn't seem necessary. Plus, it saved us a little fat.
