Top your perfect salad with my creamy and chunky blue cheese dressing recipe. It has a nicely balanced flavor and nice sweetness with a great creamy and chunky balance.
Note
Whole milk may be used in place of buttermilk for a milder flavor. Dressing may be refrigerated in an air-tight container for up to two weeks.
I enjoyed this recipe quite alot. I'll admit that this is the first time I've made my own but it was quick and easy and the flavor was well balanced. When I attempted to mash the blue cheese it ended up wadding up on the fork. I would recommend perhaps dumping the crumbles on a cutting board and dissecting the larger chunks or just leaving them for that big chunky flavor.
