About the ingredients, the sherry can change the taste depending on you flavor of choice. For me, all I can say is, it is truly delectable for such good and simple ingredients. I think that with a little bit of enahncements for the display and taste, I think it will pass somehow to the sight for the family.

As a general comment, refrain from using any "cooking wines" as these are inferior products. Use dry sherry instead
