Pan-fried potato pancakes are fun to make and fun to eat!
This recipe is real good, and tasty. It's very easy to make also. This is only my second attempt at making potato pancakes, and this was a real good recipe for a novice. The only ingredient that should be increased was the flour. It was necessary to keep the batter together. After adding more flour, it turned out great. One can also add or subtract any of the ingredients. I also added one more ingredient to make it a little more tangy. Thanks for your help.
