  1. 1 gallon water
  2. 1 cup white sugar
  3. 15 tea bags
  4. 1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen cranberry juice concentrate

2. Cooking Directions

  1. Put water in large pot, and heat on high until boiling. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Add teabags and let steep until desired strength is acquired. Stir in cranberry juice concentrate, and allow to cool.

Yield: 14 servings

3. Still Hungry?

A big pot of tea flavored with cranberry juice. Delicious and refreshing!

    I make tea like this all the time. I don't add the extra sugar. The cranberry juice adds the sweetness.

    I like iced tea and this one turned out different than the usual brew but good. thick and juicy flavor. i like it. i used luzainne tea and ocean spray cranberry concentrate.

    This tea is great! You can also use cran-apple and orange slices so you can cut out the sugar.

    Actually I have had this iced tea in a number of different restaurants and it's always called Boston iced Tea. I have even seen this recipe on a number of different sites always called Boston Iced Tea matter fact I searched for recipes called Cape Cod Iced Tea and found none. If you dont like the name of the drink fine but don't be rude to someone who shares a yummy authentic recipe.
