A cool, refreshing beverage of lemon-enhanced tea.
Although the recipe sounds really great, I would absolutely NOT pour the boiling water into a glass pitcher. You just do not do that! I know from experience. When I was much younger, my mother asked that I make a fresh pitcher of iced tea. I boiled the water and poured it in the glass pitcher over the tea bags to steep. Within seconds, I heard a large crack and the pitcher exploded. I had second and third degree burns on my lower stomach and thighs. I will NEVER, EVER use a glass pitcher when making iced tea.

I have read that the best tea is made with water that is not quite to a boil. Also, I like the Lipton cold brew. It is really great to take to work and use!. I also have made Mojito tea with mint tea and lime, it is wonderful. You can throw in a hint of peach also. K

I really resist adding any flavoring to tea.
Especially sugar!
I like tea because it is the one drink that is not sweetened.
Also the CDC has named diabetes as an epidemic in the US.

If you put a long metal utensil inside any glass container, it will not
explode. Done that many times.
