1. Ingredients

  1. 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cubed
  2. 1 large green bell pepper, cut into 2 inch pieces
  3. 1 onion, cut into wedges
  4. 1 large red bell pepper, cut into 2 inch pieces
  5. 1 cup barbeque sauce
  6. skewers

2. Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat grill for high heat.
  2. Thread the chicken, green bell pepper, onion, and red bell pepper pieces onto skewers alternately.
  3. Lightly oil the grill grate. Place kabobs on the prepared grill, and brush with barbeque sauce. Cook, turning and brushing with barbeque sauce frequently, for 15 minutes, or until chicken juices run clear.

Yield: 4 servings

    Of all the kabob recipes, this one was rather boring. Why not marinate your chicken, add pineapple chunks for added flavor, or at least add some other type of seasoning to your chicken?

    I dont think this recipe looks like kabobs
    its better to add some curds to the pepper and salt and wait for 10 minutes before you deep fry them..
