This is a scrumptious casserole of bread, cream cheese, eggs, and milk. Tastes just like regular French toast but it's made the night before and baked in the oven. This is not really sweet so you might like more maple syrup with it.
This recipe was a big hit for Easter brunch. I served it with Cinnamon Cream Syrup...delicious. It's pretty sweet and can easily be cut as smaller servings.

I was going to try and substitute the better n eggs and fat free milk and fat free half and half. I am going to sub whole wheat bread also. I will also use sugar free syrup. This way I can have it since Im an diabetic with heart disease. I want to live a long time so i will try this my kids love the egg substitute along with turkey bacon. Oh yummy breakfast here we come.
