  • WHERE does it say that this is a vegetarian meal????

    givemeabreak - March 31, 2008 04:17:24 PM PST
For everyone that is complaining that this is not vegetarian,,,,,,
We all know that you can read. Since you stated about different ingredients and such. But you have no comprehension of what you read,( something you learned in elementry school). (Are you smarter than a 5th grader?)
It does say 1 can of vegetarian beans in tomato sauce.
Let me help you to comprehend what is meant by that...........

Canned beans in tomato sauce come two ways. regular which is made including a piece of salt pork for flavoring and vegetarian is made WITHOUT the pork....Two seperate cans.
    Try READING the labels.
Now face the camera and say I AM NOT SMARTER THAN A 5th GRADER......
Were any of you taught to think before you spoke.

  • Vegetarianizable.

I've had a similar dish that was actually quite tasty -- it was essentially a casserole of ye olde dinner tyme staples of meat, potato, and beans. A faux-ground beef concoction of Textured Vegetable Protein, wheat bran, Braggs, diced onions, and water, heated and formed into crumbles, would make a tasty veggie alternative.

This dish is so good. I dont understand how you guys rated it so low. Instead of onions I used onion powder and it turned out great! Id recommend it to any and everyone.

The fact that it has ground beef should have been red flag that this was not a vegetarian dish. You disgust me!
