Ms. Fuss, This will sound harsh, though I mean no disrespect. There are simply SO many faux-journalism articles out there that really don't have the right information -- the ONLY thing that's been found to improve hair quality -- from the INSIDE OUT -- is biotin. It's cheap, it's in the health food supplement aisle in your local Whole Foods or similar store, and it's food-derived. Everything else is just superficial attempts at real help. You clearly are committed to providing a service in your reportage, and that's commendable. But you need to dig deeper in your work, regardless of your audience. Best wishes to you for a long and productive career --

hey ya this is great. i have dandruff so moisturizers will help a lot! I've tried everything though. like head and shoulders shampoo and selson blue. nothing works. but like whoever it was said. no efense but u need to dig deeper into what u do. forget how it appeals to the crowd. results are what we need most. i would put glue in my hair, and were kind of on a low budget right now, but if u find a solution post it anyways! thanks! evan

I was starting to panic about my hair. After a break up I went on radical diet and exercise change and started loosing my hair. Then learned my iron was too low, so I ate more red meat to boost iron. And I was concerned something was really wrong with me with hair loss. With all of that combined and now reading the article - it all makes perfect sense. Thank you for all the knowledge and suggestions for other things to eat. You put my mind at ease!

I dont use shampoo #1 if it has sodium laural sulfate its a big no no that fries your hair they use it on commerical tiles to clean them its what makes the bubbles.. Im doing a new diet based around black tea the black tea absorbs fat and over time you can notice a difference i was 220 last month now im 203...off course it took more than just tea i had to work out im taking other supliments as well like oxydrene to increase oxygen to work out for longer periods...well i take the used tea bags and i place them in the bath i think it helps the skin and hair.. also i use coconut oil to fry foods and also coconut oil works very good in your hair for controling it and to add a nice gloss..
