this list is nothing but unhealthy processed crap. but it is quick and easy which in todays world is what most people want... unfortunately it sacrifices real taste and well being. if you try a real homemade food diet, taste you will find to be much better, you will also feel better overall... and do that with organics and it improves even still.

Right.... Making the dishes with healtier stuff. Just jumped your total by atleast twice. Does it really matter what you put in. Its what most of us. Do the rest of the day. People (American) are lazy. Cheese Burger with a large fries are not bad for you. Not anymore than Carrots. Its how much you eat of it. And how active you are. I lost 35 pounds by eating "Right". Running 3-6 miles a day. Now I eat the same stuff. The difference I'm burning it off. I love these TEX-MEX foods. I will use them and eat them. Then go run 3-6 miles. Thank you

Peoples: as a nation we need to be concerned about our diet and the food we eat. Not only does it make us die young or suffer with bad health when we are old, the health care system is overburdened with preventable diseases if we only ate healthy! Cut the fat, eat more veggies! This is all processed "easy" food that people make when they dont either know how to cook, dont have time or a pure lazy. The idea of the recipes are great, you can make them from scratch but I dont think people do that much anymore. It is odd that these recipes are Mexcian foods, but they are cheap to make and even cheaper had you made them from scratch.

This is a lot of junk food. Also, anyone who thinks this is "Mexican" food has never had real Mexican food.
