c'mon! these aren't meals! Look at the portion size! 2little chicken strips and 3 flowerettes of broccoli? you call that a meal!? more like a teaser, if ya ask me! no wonder it's under 300 cal's!!

Remember to eat enough. 1,800 is the min for most adults. 300 cals for dinner is a good diet, but not a life style to adapt forever.
And salmon burgers is nothing I can afford often, but they are tasty

I see pork chops at the mall all the time. Here is an idea...eat what you want, just excerise it off. You can't sit on your butt and stuff your face and wonder why you are gaining weight!!!!

Since when is 300 calories per meal a healthy way to live? At best, that's 900 calories per day. Talk to a nutritionist if 300 calories per meal seems acceptable to you, for your health's sake.

LOL, 800-1000 calories for ONE meal is A LOT. One meal? I am a healthy size according to my physician, and my caloric intake is just a little over that total...FOR THE WHOLE DAY! I try to stick to around 1200-1500 calories a day, with lots of veggies.
If someone can lose over 100 pounds in a few months, they must have been grossly obese to drop that kind of weight so quickly...especially eating almost 1000 calories at ONE meal. It isn't as if someone was 300 pounds and slimmed down to 175.
