All this foods are great you can eat anything, as long as you drink water ever day and you can and will lose weight.you're jeans will fit looser trust me. I have a teen and he eats 24 hr abut the one thing he does is draink water he dont like other drinks. As for me i do drink Mountain dew and draink milk, and water. and my wiehgt is about 115.00 but i am allways doing something. Me in the other hand dont eat but two times. because i have a lot to do. answer the phone, and helping with bussiness.

How about something vegetarian for a change? I have never been able to eat any of these suggested recipes because they always have meat, fish, or poultry. Even the Veggie Recipes were almost all meat!

I tried these recipes and WOW! I loved all of them, however I did have to replace the tofu with chicken . . . I just can't bring myself to eat tofu! My roommates loved them too:)

no point of keeping ur stomach filled 1/3rd or 1/2 n thr is nothing for vegitarian???????? Eat lots of fruit,vegitable,some fry n drink water as much as possible then i'll give u in writing tht u cn fill ur hunger in less car n can stay fit as well

a lot of you are really stupid; like "wow pork chops? im gonna go eat a dozen of them"
notice how theres only ONE pork chop on the plate.. you guys are more likely to GAIN wait because that dinner will NOT fill you up and you're MORE likely to SNACK later!!! duhh
