jeez, the reason they're under 300 cal is because the portions are tiny. Most people will probably end up eating 3-4 plates of that. Viola, 750+ calories!

Really? I think they all look kind of gross. I know my kids would not eat any of this :-( I wish some of them looked more friendly and less....questionable.

Looks good....BUT.. they do not divulge the sodium content. Too much common salt is not only harmful to several body organs, it will make the body retain water. You cannot truly assess a recipe as healthy without noting the amount of salt it contains. Please have the sodium content on recipes you print. Thank you.

Wow...two chicken fingers and three pieces of broccoli. What is this, the kids menu?
My dinners are a healthy 800-1000 calories. I must be doing something right. I've lost 135 pounds since 10/07.
