    Have you people never cooked before. The batter is obviously the eggs, milk, flour and salt. How hard was that to figure out. I've had this pancake at the Original Pancake House and if it turns out as good as theirs, it's a winner. Best breakfast I've ever had. Thanks for coming up with the recipe.

    I followed the recipe and the pancake was rubbery - - it wasn't fluffy at all. I agree with the previous review -- where's the directions for the batter???

    I posted earlier that I made these and the pancake looked rubbery. After eating it, here's my comment - the taste was good although very eggy and the texture was bad. It was crepe-like, but way too thick for a crepe. At this thickness, it is rubbery. I think the recipe needs to altered so that the pancake is fluffier. The apples were yummy, though.

    No the eggs are fine at room temp...you just have to make sure you cook it.

    You can use pancake batter also, I have been dining in the resturant all my life. Also go to Cooks.com and type in apple pancake and it is number 17
