I would whisk the eggs, then add the combined flour and salt to the eggs, then whisk in the milk.

If you're having trouble combining the eggs, milk, salt and flour to make the batter, maybe you and your family should be going to Denny's this morning.

as long as you have the egg out less than four hours you should be fine. After being out for four or more hours above 40 degrees it could start to be harmful. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2. Posted by infinityclean on Sun, Sep 30, 2007, 7:17 am PDT Isn't it unsafe to let an egg get room temperature?

The batter recipe is there...the eggs, flour, etc. Its pretty obvious. What ever you not using for the apple filling should go towards the batter.

Apple pancakes are delicious. My boyfriend and I make pancakes nearly every Sunday morning (This morning it was strawverry pancakes), and I was just saying how we'll have to make apple pancakes again for the autumn. We like caramel apple pancakes. Just just some Smucker's caramel topping from the grocery store and top your pancakes with that, and mix with maple if you prefer. Delish!

My Grandma came over from Germany, she made individual pancakes basically the same way. She poured one pancake then put an apple slice (round) down in the middle. Yummy!!

So, how do you make the batter? you've given excellent instructions on incorporating the apple into the pancake batter and no instructions on how to make the pancake batter. Do you have a good recipe for the pancake batter? IHOP's pancakes are what makes their pancakes with fruit so delicious to me.

Boy, can't believe the nastiness of some of these people. Didn't Mom teach you that if you have nothing nice to say, say nothing. Recipe sounds delicious. Going to try it very soon and yes, I can figure out what goes into the batter.

If you've ever cooked or baked, you should be able to figure out where the batter is, based on the ingredients listed. The recipe listing reminds me of a family recipe I recieved. It list the ingredients and the amounts, but there instructions were, "mix ingredients good". Seriously. Trial and error...that's what makes recipies fun!
