Absolute DELISH! and not to mention YUM-O! I just got thru making this and it was so delicious, and when you first take that bite, it was a light sweet crisp that melted in your mouth along with the soft apple goodness in the middle! This is a perfect breakfast treat/brunch on Christmas morning. Or for any other morning! This will be our new tradition for Christmas morning for sure!

These are awesome! For those of you who are so health conscious....DON'T EAT THEM. Just stick to the boring foods 24/7. Like someone said..the world could end tomorrow...why not enjoy while you can! A treat once in awhile never hurt anyone! YUMMY!!
