    I just leave the cooking to Winchells or Dunkin Donut there apple fritters are yummy.

    cmon people!, everything in moderation! All those above that say these are artery clogging etc, I guarantee that you're not eating lettuce leaves and carrot sticks 24/7. These are fantastic, great for a treat.

    I always figure, if something has an item that's good for you in it, then it's at least a little bit healthy. The apple cancels out the fat, carbs and sugar, doesn't it?

    Sounds wonderful...Wife got a similar recipe from a Jewish friend years ago, and we loved them. Maybe I can encourage her to make them again!

    try the same amout in egg whites than whole eggs...theres also the lowfat egg substitutes too...but i think the basis of the batter is egg and flour like doing traditional french toasts

    sounds yummy! as for calories... I'll take my chances with cheap instant gratification....the world could end tomorrow, and if it doesn't I'll spend a little x tra time on the treadmill :)

    If you're afraid that it's too fattening, then don't eat it. How does it hurt you if we eat them?
