That sounds so unhealthy and disgusting! No wonder obesity is on the increase if people feel the need to fry everything on the face of the earth! Hell I like the occasional fast "fatty" food but this is an extreme.

I would have to agree with the person above this is disgusting. Why on earth would you need to deep-fry pizza. It's perfect without being fried so why screw it up...

Deep fried pizza. No i don't think so. It should be baked with a crispy crust. not fried. How do you enjoy all the ingredients if all you can taste is oil.

Why would you soak something in oil, that already is filled with grease and oil from the cheese? You might as well drink a big glass of vegetable oil to go with it.

I would try it, it looks delicious. Someone else commented that it would be a rare treat and I agree but I would at least love to try it just once. I'd even make it myself if someone had a recipe for it.

I truly loved the deep fried pizza. How can you go wrong with pizza in a crispy, tasteful, batered crust. You just dont want to get to the last bite. Make plenty.

I think that this pizza sounds awesome. I am living in MT. which has nothing. The way I see it, why not eat what you want in moderation and work out. All the people who automatically condemn it probably are to lazy to work off what they eat.

Jimmy's Grotto is on mainstreet just west of hartwell ave. You can ask anyone in town for directions. I moved out of town a few years ago and sometimes I get a craving for a PONZA ROTTA and drive an hour to get one. They are unbelieveable, I was raised on them and I'm 6'2" at 185lb and a former Marine. Get off your computer and treat yourself to something you'll crave for years to come.

Yikes, super fattening! On that note I have heard deep fried twinkies are good too, as it makes them sort of a crispy treat!
