those slow melt popsicles freak me out. But I am very tempted to go get one and unwrap it at the same time as a regular and see how slow it is.

If you like Crispy Greens, you definitely need to try Just Tomatoes freeze-dried fruits and veggies... they have a website.. justtomatoes.com. And, are in stores across the country. Over 40 fruit and veggie products! Just Strawberries, Just Fruit Munchies and Just Veggies are my favorites!

The crispy green products are awesome. There is another company called sensible foods that also have freezed dried fruits and corn which are great and the kids just love em too.

The Steam Veggies are great and easy. My husband adds salt to them since they are a little plain.

These weren't "food trends." These were advertisements for products that we "have" to go out and buy. Way to be a corporate tool....

Another good way to lose weight is by NOT eating anything at all. Eating nothing at all is 0 calories and 0 grams of fat. Your body will actually start feeding on its own fat and you will lose weight, unfortunately muscle too.

don't do # 16...my daughter did this, just to be thin at a very young age. We almost didn't have her. Her entire healty system has been affected. Not a good thing. you will suffer. I know. . .Anorexia will take you over.

If you want to eat five times a day, eat more than you can imagine and never be hungry, lose weight and gain muscle, then do the Zone Diet. It is basically a chemically balanced diet which satisfies you AND your body's needs. A snack, for instance, is a little cottage cheese ~ I think a half cup or so, some almonds and a little fruit. My husband and I have been eating this way for a while. He is more disciplined than me but we both like the way we feel and look......and it's REAL FOOD AND HEALTHY TOO! Try to remember that skinny is not normal, for most people and look at Jordin Sparks! Hooray for curves!!!!! Good luck to you all!
