I do what tmaddox9 does, just get a non-fat, iced cafe latte. It's still a cold coffee bevvy, just not as fatty as the OBVIOUSLY fatty frappuccino's. It's about research, people. Find out what you're putting into your body before just shoving it in there. :P
i agree with Kristine M (the comment above me)
i dont like all those fat lazy people and there fattening drinks. just drink alot of water with some unhealthy stuff like soda. you donmt need cold coffee.

I don't drink coffee, but I have a Java Chip Frappachino like once a year because it tastes like a chocolate shake. Having something once in awhile won't kill you....Frosty's at Wendy's, shakes at McDonald's and Burger King, soft serve off the icecream truck. If I need to binge or just walk around carrying something I go for a popsicle/freeze pop/bomb pop/snow cone/icee/italian ice from the ice cream man, or get a lemonade or iced tea from Starbucks. I do find it amusing that these rail thin chicks who watch their weight are drinking these calorie-laden Starbucks drinks all summer.

We are a society of children. People complain about being fat, yet eat food like this. People complain about the amount of money they pay for gasoline, yet drive vehicles that consume much gasoline. This mentality is the same as children’s.

Thank-you Captain Obvious!!! Of course a drink that is made with whole milk and whipped cream, a malt, or a shake is going to be fattening. Is it any wonder that America is a land of obesity? What, with people having to be told THIS??? People, come on!!!!!!!!!

Starbucks is sooo much better than any thing you can mention, they have definitely gone on the lower fat bandwagon and are comming up with some great drinks, hot and cold. You can get anything nonfat and if it usually comes with whipped cream, you can tell them to go light or not have it at all.

Going to a Krispy Kreme and expecting to get a nutricious, good for you shake shake is like .......voting Democrat and not opening your wallet to support people that have never had a job and yet fill out tax returns. Oh, I forgot they are all "victims"

Who drinks this garbage? Geez!
Why is it that all the kids who visit Starbucks claim to love coffee, but only drink those fru-fru cream drinks with a little coffee in them?

It's amazing how many times I see a useless article online. And on Yahoo!'s front page no less! Is there anyone with two brain cells to rub together that can't figure out that Krispy Kreme's Mocha Dream Chiller or Dairy Queen's Peanut Butter Malt or Starbucks Double Chocolate Chip Frappuccino Blended Crème with Whipped Cream isn't loaded like a land mine with calories? Will the writer please go to the reality bank, open a reality account and write yourself a reality check? Or maybe the editor who thought this was "news". Yeesh, tell us something we don't know.

just make a fruit drink maybe kiwi and strawberries with crushed ice.. The taste is still wonderful and it satisfies your thirst.. there are healthier ways to satisfy yourself without putting too much on yourself..

Kristine, if you drink these you are not "eating well" no matter what your weight. You are being narrow minded. The point is, we often don't realize what is in a product!

Well, if you 86 the whipped cream you've already cut the fat in half! Starbucks has lots of options for healthier beverages, with little or no fat and under 300 kcal. Also, Jamba Juice is a great alternative, they have lots of low sugar alternatives.

These drinks might not be the healthiest choices around but if you can eat a good balance of healthy foods and exercise regularly then go for a treat once in awhile.
