    I still prefer snacking on potato chips, dip, and pepsi. In between, I may have a burrito or two just for the nutritional value in the beans and meat. I've tried the natural foods but they taste so yucky and don't really fill you up. My stomach has to be full all the time or I'll be hungry.

    I LOST WEIGHT EATING REGULAR PEANUT BUTTER OR PEANUTS. IT MAKES NO SENSE OF EATING TONS OF NO CALORIE PRODUCTS AND CONSTANTLY STAY HUNGRY. THE SECRET IN LOSING WEIGHT IS NOT TO EVEREAT...THAT IS ALL...JUST COUNT YOUR 2000-2500 CALORIES AND EAT WHATEVER YOU LIKE AS LONG AS ITS NOT TOO SWEET

    I LOVE LOVE LOVE vita tops. And, if you all would research vita tops first you would know they are made from WHOLE WHEAT and have 50% of your RDA in nearly a dozen different vitamins & minerals. So, all those things that are apparently so bad for you in them are counterbalanced by all those things that are so good for you in them. Then you take into account how good they taste! And, for the record, I've lost 15 pounds so far and am still going. I eat a lot of fish and chicken and tons of fruit & veggies. But, I'm on the go in the morning and a vita top for breakfast is exactly what I need. The chocolate brownies / vita tops are a great after dinner dessert. So, either those of you poo pooing on this article just NEVER EVER EVER have a dessert, or your hypocrites and my dessert of a chocolate pomegranate vita top is healthier than what you choose.

    Why not include fresh fruit or natural snacks. Overconsumption of processed foods is why many of us need to watch calories to begin with!

    All that is true. But get real. We were raised on junk, and have learned to use junk as antidepressants. And if you are like me, you can eat healthily for days, even weeks, then suddenly when you need a fix, these junk substitutes are life savers. Then you don't completely blow it. If I could be one hundred per cent perfect one hundred per cent of the time, I'd do it.

I mean, why waste your money on "food" that will leave you with constpation, dirareha, stomach cramps, and other side effects that will make you regret that you ever put down that bag of Cheetos and picked up some Geneticly Modifies Chedder Soy Crisps.

    I admit this is the first time I am posting a comment but I felt it due-- I am a pure chocoholic! A complete addict- So in order for my to feel like I am doing good on my diet I completely deprive myself of any chocolate - which ends up with my stuffing my face and then being mad at myself! soooo for all those people that have no problem just eating fruits and veggies -- good job but some of us need that little taste of freedom every once in awhile - And anything that can make it less "guilty" is a bonus in my book!!! Giant thumbs up to the lady who reads the labels when people like me are simply not going to, in order to help us all along on our quest for health and fitness! thank you

    this works really well i was very surprised how much it works you should try it to! it really works!!!!! it actually worked and i lost a lot of weight, you would be surprised!!!!!!!!!!!

    Don't eat these processed junk foods for a snack!!! I've lost weight with the help of a dietician who taught me to stay away from the "garbage" diet foods. Treat your snacks like the mini-meals they are. Eat nutritious, low-calorie foods, low in carbs and high in satisfying protein to get your through the morning or afternoon. My current favorites: a tablespoon of almond butter or a half cup of 2% small curd cottage cheese or a whole cup! of nonfat yogurt with a little dab of honey and cinnamon.

    I'd rather splurge and increase my waistline than resort to eating this garbage. I also find it funny that people who are the biggest health nuts end up getting sick the most, too... I'll stick to the traditional meat n' potatoes (and occasional veggies) lifestyle and live long like my bloodline has; an average lifespan of over 80 years;) Enjoy the crap people. Keep pretending you like this stuff, I sure get a kick out of it...

    I just keep marveling at the wonders nature gives us. the colors, smells, tastes and textures of natural things are enough to me. We are just very demanding beings who eventualy will destroy mother nature because of our excessive need to satisfy every appetite and instict. Personally, i just feel very happy with something as simple, but as beautiful as a peach or an orange or a handful of pistachios.

    I would just like to say that food cannot be found in any of these products. Think of the way that people ate before everything was about money. These foods are a clever way for someone to make a quick buck. We need to get back to food being food! then we will all truly be healthy.

    Hi this is sk8er girl and peace out!!!!!!!! I think this page is awesome but i wish that they would tell you alittle bit more on how to get them. If they are NOT sold in stores, then they must be unpopular. If they are unpopular,why is that? It is simply because they probably don't taste very good. But I don't know!
