I love the grilled stuft...but I get the chicken, and have it fresco style, and it isn't that bad for you. I work out a lot, and need the calories, but this eliminates all the bad sauces and cheeses and the chicken is so much better for you than the beef. I am not saying it's health food, but it sure is good. go to the TB website and you can adjust the nutritional info of any of their foods to have it your way!

OMG! Thank you for this! I used to eat that Grilled Stuft Burrito with chicken ALL the time!! You just saved me who KNOWS how many future calories! We are big Taco Bell eaters around here, its nearby and quick, so seeing that Fresco Steak Burrito just showed me what I will be ordering the next go 'round!! THANK YOU!!!

Actually, the BK tendergrill without mayo is VERY good! The tomato is usually enough all by itself to keep the chicken moist. Not to mention you can always just add your own light mayo afterwards, or use Dijonaiise like I have done a few times.

Also order Jack n the Box Breakfast Jack with the cheese between the egg and ham - toss the bread - roll it up with the ham on the outside and you have a very filling breakfast - without the bread!

Really now come on.
The egg McMuffin with 12g of fat, no bout all saturated fat, so that makes it more then HALF of you max need saturated fat for the day in 1/7th of the calories you need daily.
And apples that have no fiber = trash and there is NO way that 100 calories includes the caramel dip.

I spent alot of time on my family giving up the Fast Food stuff.....and after making alot of my own fresh meals and learning new ways to make things taste better with fewer calories, I could never be tempted by any fast food anymore. We haven't pulled up to a fast food place in over a year and half , and none of us seems to miss it.

The chicken sandwich without mayo does not need to be dry. I don't know about BK, but when I order the grilled chicken at McDonald's, I get a packet of sweet and sour and put a little bit of that on it. Very tasty.

why is it that "McDonald's Egg McMuffin" is diet friendly yet costs you 32mins of running to burn its calories?
http://food.yahoo.com/blog/yahoofreshpicks/9960/what-chain-food-favorites-cost-in-exercise/
are fast food really "diet-friendly"?

there are two different articles on this site .. one having the mcmuffin as a good thing to eat and one under the connotation of a poor choice .. make up your mind .. people should just get off their butts and there wouldnt be this billion dollar industry on telling people how to eat less

did you see this article:
BREAKFAST SANDWICH
McDonald's Egg McMuffin (300 calories)
32 minutes of running (5 mph).
It describes how much exercise is required to burn an Egg McMuffin. Try low-fat cottage cheese and dry toast for a breakfast under 200 calories; 5 grams protein, 5 grams fat, and 7 grams carbos.

Almost all the suggestions for Fast Food "gems" are too high in carbs. You need to keep it around 35 grams per meal, not 49 or 70! The foods mentioned that were within that guideline were fine, as long as that is the ONLY thing you eat, for ex. the Wendy's Chili. I find my downfall, in the past, was too much salt. Cheese sauce, breakfast meats, restaurant chili: all high in salt. better to make your own chili at home and lean on the spices for flavor instead of salt.

I went to Wendy's today looking forward to that first broccoli cheese baked potato. What a disappointment when they told me that the broccoli cheese potato had been discontinued about 3 years ago. Is it just my area, or nationwide? ...Not that I would go nationwide for a broccoli cheese potato : ~ )

You know chick-fil-a offers a variety of entrees that's all under 500 calories!!! Their grilled sandwich is only 280 cal, chicken sandwich is 410 cal, etc. And sandwiches dont come with mayo, so you dont even have to worry about it. It comes in a dipping sauce of ur choice.

sad that there are so few "healthy" low cal options at fats food places. for people like me who work, and often forget to grab food on the way, sometimes its my only choice.

For me I eat Subway's Veggie Delite, without any sauces. Since I don't like pickles, I double the cucumbers & get spinach when available. Sometimes I spring for the cheese. Order the footlong for $5 & save what I don't eat for later. Without the sauces it stays fresh longer. I wanna be like Garred.

ok people...all this might be fine if you want to lose weight. What about heart health? Sodium and carb content is what u need to worry about with hearthealth...along with all the saturated fat...I'd rather gain a little weight rather than have my arteries clogged. I can exercis the weight off anyway.
