The frozen dinner seems great, but I'm interested in how much salt is in it. Typically those frozen dinners can have almost a whole days allowance in just one little meal. I wish the hungry girl would include sodium counts in her breakdowns.

Hungry Girl gives bad advice and is an extremely annoying writer, and obnoxious when she appears on TV also. I hate the words in all caps, the spunkiness, and "yummer"? Shut up. Pillsbury Pizza dough and everything else from Pillsbury is loaded with trans fat. Great advice. How about something fresh on the list?

I've tried four of the Kashi frozen dinners, and all of them were gross. One was so bad in taste and quality -- and so unlike the package description -- that I wrote to the company; I never heard back, which is highly unusual, in my experience. I won't ever buy Kashi frozen meals again.

Wow, lots of angry people. Maybe you should eat something you like and let the rest of us enjoy Hungry Girl's advice. Enjoy your square of sod; at least it's high in fiber, which, apparently, you desperately need.

There is no such thing as diet Except eating small and moderate exercise such as walking. The rest is hoax. Do not be deceived. The world is full of hoax---- evolution, ice age, Nostradamus thing, global warming, etc.

The best thing to do is buy the book: Extreme Fat Smash By Dr. Ian Smith. This book shows you how to eat in a healthy way. Read the entire book because there are Helpful Hints. There are also snacks in the back and recipes. It's not a diet. It's a lifestyle change. Learn how to eat and exercis and you will feel like a million bucks!

thank god for Kashi & other similar brands :) Don't understand the oreo thing though. I'm sure it tastes good & it may be low cal, but it's filled with artificial ingredients. It can't be healthy?

Oreo is never GOOD for you. To actually stay healthy, Oreo isn't the way to go. A treat like that is fine once in a while, but don't trick yourself into thinking you should be munching its like all the time. Kashi is an awesome brand, though.
