Pizza Fit'n Free is definitely one that should be on this list!! It's not really microwaveable, but in a toaster oven it's awesome!! It's only 252 calories (for the whole pizza) - fat free, sugar free and cholesterol free...unfortunately you can't buy it in stores though... only available online at pizzafree.com.

For the occasional splurge try Stouffer's Corner Bistro Margherita Flatbread. Heat 1/2 way in the microwave, top it off in the oven then finish w/ red pepper. It's pretty much the real thing at 470 calories & less than $4. I'll have to try Fitn Free... They ship frozen pizza?

These are great alternatives to delivery....With the price of pizzeria pizza going through the roof, I'm always on the lookout for a good frozen pizza!! I can't wait to try the Toster Pops!!

I think the recommendations are great but Hungry Girl should also list the amount of cholesterol per serving. For those of us with high cholesterol but love pizza that would be important to know. Thanks!

The only complaint I have about veggie pizzas is they always have onions. Onions are like the only veggie I don't like. :( I wish someone would make an awesome frozen veggie pizza w/o onion.

I like Trader Joe's. When I read your list, I was interested in Amy's Spinach Pockets; so I went to check out the ingredients list. It actually contains Spinach and Tofu. I heard spinach and tofu shouldn't go together. They form a bad chemical combination in the body.

Yummy.. pizza hut.. caseys pizza .. papa johns... MODERATION IS THE KEY!! See what the calorie intake of the pizza is and go for a after dinner walk. It also can be used and a good family time. Thats what I do with my family, obesity runs in my family. But you just need to learn how to manage it. Keep a log of what you eat/drink including any hard candy or gum. You dont have to eat nasty things in life to stay fit.

If pizzas are so bad, then don't eat them!!!! Make them a treat, like for birthdays or holidays. Most of the pizzas listed don't taste like what we're used to.

I do like the Lean Pockets. It's not pizza, but the new one with artichoke and chicken are really good and low fat, low calories. Perfect for lunch at work.

My big treat is Papa Murphy's Veggie Delite Pizza. I get it with red sauce, minus the spinach, adding artichoke hearts and eat 2 regular sized slices for dinner. Very healthy and yummy.

Important information omitted: is crust made from bleached flour? It is fattening and results with a compound called alloxan that destroys beta cells in the pancreas.

Ooh, Amy's spinach pizza pocket is my favorite--also the roasted vegetable pocket is good too!! In fact, like Kashi, Amy's can really do no wrong. I love everything they make! (Try their chili!)
