I don't eat fast food often, but like most of us, when I'm crunched for time it's just an easier option for me. However, I went to Jack in the Box the other day and had grilled chicken strips (130 cal, 2g fat) and a fruit cup, which was waaay better than my usual sourdough burger. I thought these were a great "smart choice" and they tasted good too! Just a suggestion. :)

Wendy's taco salad is a great lo cal favorite of mine. The cooked meat is boiled so there is less fat and the initual cooking is done at a very low temp with the fat draining out. I think that it's the best lo cal and lo fat product of any fast food restaurant.

Just save your money, your gasoline, and your health and avoid all fast food places. There are reasons that one American in 3 is severely overweight, and fast food is a huge contributor (pardon the pun). Go the grocery store, buy a cookbook, and stop ingesting crappy processed food. The interior of a car should never be considered a dining room.
