Great!! And another little known product right now is Celsius.
If its in a store near you, you got to try it. AMAZING is all I can say.
If its not near you, go to Celsius.com and get some.
Its a negative calorie drink. Its amazing.

Gerber Graduates also makes the freeze dried veggies-yummy!! Big fan of crunchy snacks and these are a great way to do it. To all you tomatoe people out there cut some fresh tomatoes mix some balsamic vinegar with a little basil (or another fav spice) and grill for a yummy tomato, if you're feeling generous and can afford the calories add some fresh grated parmesan on top. Find it hard to believe that cheese can be guilt free even the ones that have low cals generally have high fat content or sodium. When I started dieting I swore off all cheese and majority of dairy except low fat yogurt and skim milk. Almond Breeze (if memory serves me right) is packed with fat. I shopped all alternative milks since I am sensitive to lactose however thankfully not completely lactose intolerant. Haven't found a soy or rice milk less than 1.5g of fat per serving. I will say soy milk is a good boost before a workout though, packed with protein and vitamins. Fiber One is good but number here is still Special K or Smart Start. The little crunchy pieces and dried cranberrys in Smart Start make it ideal for yogurt topping. The key isn't just calories, its fat grams and of course carbs and sugars. Watch all of these in food because lots of those wonderful 100 cal packs have lots of sugar or even tons of carbs. My number one treat diet food-Watermelon-almost all water and full of iron. One more tip lemon is a duretic and will help keep water pounds off (there's something to that whole lemon water trend afterall)!

those laughing cow cheese are OKAY, what do you do with them?! I would always want to put them on crackers, then I eat too much. Maybe celery. I agree, I dont like swiss at all but these taste different. Costoc sells them cheaper than anyone else :)

Almond milk ROCKS...! I use it in baking and in cooking to replace standard milk. I find almond milk to be smooth and creamy. It's made by boiling almonds until they are soft and mushy then they squeeze the liquid out of them and call it almond milk. It's the same process used for making rice milk. Although, rice milk is wayyyy to high in sugar for me. Almond milk doesn't have as much unless you buy the "sweetened" version.

magsue 22, you need to find a stronger partner so you can stop worrying about your weight. 11 is way too young for that. The next time you go to the library, ask the librarian for some nutrition books so you can learn exactly what you need to stay HEALTHY, not LIGHT.

LIke magsue22 said, I'm a cheerleader, and am tring to watch my weight, does anyone know if this stuff will help me too (and by the way, I'm 11). And anything else?
Plus, most of this stuff may be low on fat, but has more carbs than regular stuff!

This list has some great foods! I hear all the comments about just eating fruits/veggies but honestly sometimes you do want something besides just fruits and veggies. If I ate nothing but fruits/veggies all day I'd be starving and lose all my muscle mass due to my lack of protein. Fruits and veggies and unprocessed foods should be the base and main part of any healthy lifestyle but it's also nice to know that there are some quick and easy foods that you can use to add some flavor without ruining your weight loss plan.
I LOVE sugar free butterscotch pudding mixed with the 100% pumpkin (which is ONLY pumpkin by the way - no additivies or anything). My kids love it too.
And fiber 1 -- yummo!

This article is just bad publicity. We should avoid processed food and turn to fresh vegetables and fruits and organic products instead of eating all that junk filled with sodium, artificial flavours and chemicals. It’s the only way to stay healthy in this polluted doggy dog world.

LOL! I think it's hilarious someone finally mentions Fiber One! I'm 24 and I've eaten this since I was a little kid. IT was my grandma's favorite cereal and it's still mine! Teaspoon of brown sugar and best breakfast ever.

Instead of laughin' cow cheese, look for a local soft goat cheese,
it has half the fat and twice the protein of cream cheese; plus you'll support local foods, and with the full flavor you won't use as much!
