If you want a really good salad instead of wasting your money on salad dressings... Put all your salad ingredients in the bowl pour a little olive oil, red wine vinegar and seasonings.. garlic salt, basil, thyme (you can use italian seasoning). This makes the absolute best dressing and no measuring simply use your common sense when pouring... also depends on the size of your salad. A friend did this for us for lunch the other day and I thought was is she crazy just pouring everything in there instead of measuring... but oh my god... it was good... the seasonings and the vinegar is what makes it good!! Go light on the oil and you have the absolute best lunch and no bottles of dressing in the fridge and oil & vinegar for cooking other yummy meals!!

I am so grateful that I live in a country that does NOT sell all this fake food. I used to feel as though I missed some of it. I am slimmer here from eating real food and not counting on a bunch of processed junk food. The only thing I can and would buy on the list is canned pumpkin. Only fresh is better. Too bad that Americans just keep getting fatter eating all this processed fake food instead of learning to eat real food in moderation.

Just last weekend I made brownies using the canned pumpkin and low sugar devil's food cake mix recipe. Mix those 2 ingredients and pop it in the oven at 400 for 20 mins. It was DELICIOUS! I could barely taste the pumpkin and the texture was so gooey and soft. Next time I will add some chocolate chips to up the chocolate factor. Highly recommend this recipe... try it!

Theres always a new fad food out every time I turn around. I think we should all stop obsessing over food so much and just eat when your hungry and stop when your full.And I totally agree with the coment above, stay away from the middle of the grocery store,It's a bad place!!!!

Honey your only 11..just eat good food like fruit, vegetables and meat..skip the gravies and do have some junkfood but only a little bit....and for goodness sake keep skating and playing and running and read..do not worry about your weight.

for those that would be interested,I bake a lot with applesauce, no sugar added, makes moist cakes,muffins and breads that are high in fiber, alone with the commits from# 27, make and grow your own and it will always be better.

Its not an advertisement! Anyone who thinks this information isnt helpful obviosly doesnt need any help in this area! Ive been on weight watchers for 2 years, and Im always looking for new food that wont take me off trak. Im glad to her what other people like HG have learned, beacuse I dont always have tons of time to read EVERYSINGLE lable to discover the new things. I certainly dont have the time to make my own cereal, sorry! Very resourceful of you though! YAY!

Most of this stuff sounds disgusting. My trainer has me on 2-3 fruits a day, Activia yogurt (which helps get your body on the proper digestive cycle), and she says that the best way to eat something is to get it FRESH. Get real Fruit and Veggies, they are a lot better and easier for your body to digest than this processed crap. Why oh why would you eat dried up processed fruit when you can have a real apple, banana, orange, or whatever fruit it is that you like. Dressings that you put on your salad can be made AT HOME, a little vinegar, salt, lemon, anything like that, and they have ZERO calories. For your calcium, drink milk, or take the cheese that you like to eat, get it cut fresh from the deli into cubes. After you have the cheese into cubes, eat about an ounce (the amount that you can get into a womans hand) and thats 100 calories, on cheese that you actually like. The modern obsession with a thin body is another problem that women face now a days. Women try everything in order to get this extra pounds off, things like pills, patches, diet, hunger, exercises and all kind of weight loss products. Some of them work, but others - not.
Weight loss industry is focusing on the way people should feel while doing it, in order to achieve better results and stay healthy all the time. Being healthy and thin is not a dream, it should be something, that is a reasonable and easy to be done.
