Snack Smart Like the Stars! Guilt-Free Stuff Celebs LOVE...

Check out all the celebs snacking on some of Hungry Girl's favorite guilt-free foods and thirst-quenchers...

Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt
PER SERVING (one 5.3-oz. container): 80 calories, 0g fat, 55mg sodium, 6g carbs, 0g fiber, 6g sugars, 13g

We've been fans of this thick 'n' creamy fat-free yogurt for ages. And it looks like we're not the only ones! Superstar actress Heather Graham enjoys eating it with fresh fruit and honey. And Gail Simmons, food guru and judge on Bravo's hugely popular Top Chef, has the stuff on her shopping list. We like mixing our Fage with sugar-free preserves or sugar-free maple syrup, and we also use it to make dips and sauces. Find Fage at Trader Joe's and other markets.

Hint Water
PER SERVING (one 16-oz. container): 0 calories, 0g fat, 0mg sodium, 0g carbs, 0g fiber, 0g sugars, 0g protein

Seems like for every celeb wannabe in Tinseltown, there's a flavored water also looking for fame. But this all-natural agua--which has impressive fruity flavor without a drop of sugar or sweetener--has serious star potential. Colin Farell was recently seen sipping the stuff at Sundance. And the rumor mills are buzzing that Sarah Michelle Gellar and Eva Longoria may be signing on soon to endorse the super H20. We've been guzzling and loving it for as long as we can remember. It comes in more varieties than you can imagine, from a fruity Pomegranate-Tangerine to a killer Cucumber! Trust us (and Colin)--it's worth seeking out!

Boca Burgers
PER SERVING (one patty): 70 - 100 calories, 0.5g - 5g fat, 280 - 370mg sodium, 4 - 7g carbs, 3 - 4g fiber, 0 - 1g sugars, 11 - 14g protein

We're MAD about Boca Meatless Burgers. The original is our go-to meatless patty for whipping up fast food swaps like our Whopper Stopper, Mega MonsterBurger, and Flat Top Patty Melt. And as it turns out, celebs swear by the low-cal, meat-free burgers as well! Carrie Underwood, who's shed 20 pounds since her American Idol days, goes gaga for Boca Burgers. Another Boca enthusiast? Maureen McCormick (aka Marcia from The Brady Bunch), who dropped some serious poundage on Celebrity Fit Club. Guess we're in good company on the Boca bandwagon...

FRS Antioxidant Health Drink
PER SERVING (one ready-to-drink can): 25 - 140 calories, 0.5g - 5g fat, 280 - 370mg sodium, 7 - 35g carbs, 2g fiber, 4 - 31g sugars, protein n.a.

Champion cyclist and cancer survivor Lance Armstrong is more than just a fan of FRS--he actually sits on the company's board of directors (where he no doubt sips the stuff nonstop)! The Hills starlet Audrina Patridge (pal to Lauren Conrad and Heidi Montag) also digs this energy drink--she says the stuff keeps her energized for long workouts, and as fellow FRS enthusiasts, we don't doubt it. We go for the low-calorie versions--in fact, the Low Calorie Orange Concentrate (just 20 calories per serving) has a permanent home in the Hungry Girl fridge!

Luna Bars
PER SERVING (one bar): 180 - 190 calories, 3.5 - 6g fat, 95 - 150mg sodium, 23 - 27g carbs, 3 - 5g fiber, 10 - 14g sugars, 8 - 13g protein

It's not exactly surprising that these "moon" bars are big with the stars. They're entirely natural and packed with good-for-you organic ingredients, fiber, vitamins, minerals and more. Carrie Underwood chews 'em for breakfast (before her Boca lunch!). Lost actress Emilie de Ravin favors the S'mores and Lemon Zest ones. Supermodel Amber Valletta eats 'em, and so does Juno girl Jennifer Garner. And we love 'em, too! We were especially excited when Luna rolled out their Sunrise bars (which have 5g fiber each and a whole lotta whole grains), and we think their Chocolate Pecan Pie bar is the perfect fix for a gooey pie craving. Go, Luna!

Even better than Boca Burgers (though not as conveniently shaped) are Morningstar Farms' Sauasge Patties. I eat 3 of them as a burger substitue (held in place by 2% sharp cheddar cheese), or by themselves with pickles. They have 10 grams of protein and 8% of your daily fiber apiece.

I second the Morningstar Farms sausage patties! My husband makes a yummy breakfast sandwich with egg, cheese, the Morningstar patties all on a whole-wheat English muffin. He loves it and it probably has a fraction of the fat of a sandwich from McD's or somewhere. Enjoy!

Hint Water is great. I've also found another brand of unsweetened, non-carbonated water called Tropical Rain Organic Twist. It comes in multiple flavors and is less than 25 calories per bottle. I found it at Super-Target. I love that it's just juice and water, no sweeteners--artificial or otherwise!

What happened to the Morningstar Portabella Burgers? They disappeared about 4 months ago. I cleaned out the stock of every store within 10 miles and haven't seen them since. They were absolutely the yummiest, and had tons of fiber and protein.

I love Clear Splash sparkling water beverage in Wild Cherry flavor. The raspberry is good too though. Sodium free, sugar free, calorie free, and caffeine free and reasonably priced.

The luna bars are really good because they have carbohydrates and protein in them. My doctor said that with every meal, or snack, there should be protein and carbohydrates if you want to lose weight and stay healthy.

mmmm love luna bars. eat 'em for breakfast every morning and they totally satisfy my hunger. plus, if i'm craving a special treat (pie... cake... ice cream... that sorta thing), luna bars have like half as much sugar, and are soooo much better for you, but still definitely satisfy the craving! 5 stars.

I totally agree with the comments about Morningstar Farms! I like the burgers MUCH better than Boca's. Luna Bars are great... Balance bars too! Sure, some are lower in calories, but the snack bars often don't have as much nutrients.
