we can all cout calories megablair.
But it is so much easier and more convient to not have to count out individual servings and portion them away.
Plus when you have a whole bag of delicious chips in front of you it is very hard to stop at one serving...with this you feel satisfied and you have had yummie chips.
I for one love all the 100 calorie potions that are coming out.

I'm having difficulty understanding how a site like this ends up with so many negative comments. If you dont want info on low calorie snacks, then why are you even HERE reading this? ;) Personally, i love this site and all these little snacks. Yum!

Girl Scouts also has a box of (5) 100-calorie pack cookies called Cinna-Spins. Go to http://www.girlscoutcookies.org/ to find your local Girl Scouts and where they will be selling. Cookie sales will go through March 2008.

I totally agree with you BelleBlossom. Maybe they need to start their own site to air out their negatives. I personally love this site and the info. Its not that we are all making meals out of these snacks, moderation and a sweet or crunchy snack every now and then will not hurt anyone.

Most chips have a high amount of sodium...Kettle brand or not...please be careful when selecting chips for a snack.
Try Organic Blue Corn Chips from Whole Foods, Trader Joe's or Bloom...go to the Healthy Foods section for the best chips! Look for packs that state "low in sodium" or just turn the bag over for a quick look.

responding to girl scout lady.... girl scout cookies are probably the worst source of trans fat for cookies out there... just because it says 0 g trans fat doesnt mean its not hidden

If you take a look at all those 100 calorie products, keep in mind that just because its low in calories does not necessarily mean its good for you and you will lose weight. Alot of these products are deceiving, thats how they get your, by tricking you. The product might be low in calories, but high in carbs, in sugar or in sodium which is not good for anyone looking to lose weight. Sugar, which turns into carbs as energy which turns into fat which are stored carbs when not burned off through exercise and Sodium which is salt retains the water inside our body thus adding weight. Its a vicious cycle that many people fall into and get wrapped up in so please just take the time to do some research and find the one that best suits your needs because the "right combination snack" is slim to come by. Thanks.
