The hostess cakes are good but so small, don't bother with them!! The fiber one bars are so good they taste like a chocoate bar! The soup is good to!! The rest of the items I don't know?? Happy Holidays and remember eat what you want in moderation...

Here is an idea...dont eat foods loaded with fat and exercise and you will lose weight and be healthy. I did exactly that and lost 40+ pounds and have the body I always wanted. Stay away from gimmicks like 100 calorie packs. Just because something is 100 calories it doesnt mean it is automatically good for you.

I find it a bit bizarre that all the above guit-free foods are all processed. Nothing that comes naturally from a tree... is that really guilt free then????
Why are americans so big these days????

Do not fool yourself. This stuff is full of all kinds of garbage. The manufacturers do not have to declare trans fat and the like if it is under a half gram per tiny serving. Read the label and especially the serving size. Hardly guilt-free. Eat some fruit and really live guilt-free!
this stuff is overpriced and loaded with chemicals and additives. read the labels people. if you cannot pronounce it, you probably should not consume it.

Who the hell came up with this BS??? All of these foods will make you fat and unhealthy if you eat them on a regular basis. Food like this is very dangerous.

How much does she get paid to be a shill for these products?
Other "guilt" free treats:
* Dark chocolate
*blue berries
* homemade multi-grain bread
*Good cooked veggies with a bit of olive oil
Seriously, all the stuff she's listed has an ingrediant list a mile long with 95% of the words unpronounceable.

These are low calorie, yes, but look at all the SODIUM in these snacks. Be careful!! Hostess cupcakes .. yes it's hard to beat chocolate, but look at the CARBS. I like to snack on baby carrots, a handful of almonds or walnuts, and believe it or not, tofu just out of the container with a LITTLE soy sauce.

These are, I'm sure, delicious, but are high in SODIUM and some high in CARBS. I snack on walnuts, almonds and believe it or not, tofu right out of the package w/ a little low sodium soy sauce.

Yeah, its unbelievable calling this stuff guilt free, for the most part it is processed garbage...just look at the ingredient list on those hostess "gult free" cakes...i think some of that stuff is used for mining or something lol..

I agree, don't be mislead, stick to the outside isles of the grocery store, processed foods! who needs them. I lost 80 lb by never going up the isles. If your hungry, count to 5, go outside, say: "It's not worth it" Is the 1 minute of hostess cupcake worth it? You can't atone for food mistakes you make during the day.

These are great tips. I am a single mother of three and have no time to find or make veggie pizzas, let alone get my kids to eat it! 100-calorie cupcakes seem like a good beginning for the realistic American lifestyle. Send more items, please, because I only have a few minutes to spend in Albertson's each week!

I AGREE!! ALL THIS STUFF IS GARBAGE...THERE ARE MILLIONS OF PEOPLE OUT THERE LOOKING FOR A GOOD DIET PLAN AND THIS IS JUST FOOLISH TO PUT ON A WEBSITE!! FOOLISH!! THIS IS AN OUTRIGHT DISGRACE TO PEOPLE WHO ARE LOST IN THE WORLD ON HEALTH AND BALANCE!

I think some of you are missing the point. I think these are designed to be treats, not every day food items. So I would just keep that in mind when you judge other people and their eating habits. Some of us don't like to forage for our own food.

The Shirataki Noodles are great. They are a healthy alternative to the carb ridden pasta.I am low carb and was sooo missing my anegel hair with garlic and butter. Now I can enjoy it and don't have that gross bloated feeling. I agree the other items are way too processed and have a lot of extra junk in them.
