Why can't yoplait, or someone, come up with an affordable yogurt that doesn't have nutrasweet or HFCS? It's hard to find one with just regular refined sugar, and forget finding actual raw sugar. I still choose the "red" over the "blue" yoplait, and I'm so disappointed when I can't find the good flavors in the sugared variety. There will be 10 flavors with nutrasweet and 3 with sugar. Of course, I tuck some healthy Xocai snacks in when I'm going into vending machine country. You have the protein bars and the double chocolate chip cookies, and nuggets and squares are suitable anytime treats. MyFitChocolate

HG I'm SOOO glad you brought up happy hour! In my quest to lose weight I learned I was making margaritas at home for over 400 calories per drink! And I'd down more than a day's worth of calories in a night of drinking with my hubby. These days it's rum or JD in Coke Zero. Tastes so much better than Diet Coke. While it's hard to keep fresh veggies & dip on hand, keeping a snack drawer stocked with Vita Muffins and Weight Watchers snacks works well for me. I also allow myself a SLIVER of pie or just a taste of whatever else is brought for the holiday potlucks, only after filling up on the Boston Cream Pie yogurt you mentioned! Great minds think alike?

Once again, Yahoo has the most unbelievably out of touch article. Who writes this stuff? I can't believe they are telling people to use artificial sweeteners and alternative bagels? Can you say , please pass the carcinogens?

"sugar crashes are not fun" I have never known one single person who was a victim of a "sugar crash". Never. Do you think kids in Africa say "oh boy I shouldn't of had all that sugar, I am so crashing". I am sorry, I think Yahoo has the most ignorant yuppy articles.

Alternative bagels rock! The onion ones have to be the best in my opinion!
