Too much darn work!!! Between watching the broiler and all the grating and browning, you won't have time to fix anything else! Just make a dip and be done with it!

Maybe I need to go to the "ASk" section, but what is the recipe for the white cheese dip that's made in the mexician restaurants? That stuff is KILLER!! I could eat it all day!!

Alot of work on his part for a whole lot of ULGHHHHH! That does not sound appetizing and the bacon will force double aerobic workouts for the same amount of time he spent working up this nasty little concoction!

Nuke some Velveeta, cream of chicken soup (I know, sounds weird, but it's great) and Rotel together and you've got a nice smooth cheese dip that everyone will love. Throw in your meat of choice (browned hamburger or sausage works well) and that's great too.

Better recipe - take chips, spread each on top with refried beans and place side by side on a cookie sheet. Then top with a bit of cheddar on each, and then a slice of jalapeno. Cook for about 8 minutes in the oven. Great snack and no messy sauces.

This isn't the white cheese dip that is served at mexican restaurants. That is made with white american cheese. I love it too! We make it all the time now at home!

Typical guy's recipe, obviously he has the 'little woman' in doing all this work while he's drinking beer with his buddies...oh THANKS HUN...and UM CAN YOU BRING IN MORE BEERS FOR ME AND the guys??? If you like cheese dip you already have a recipe, if you want to try something easy buy already-made and heat it.
