I'd better stick with my old stand-bys. Lemon cake mix plus 12 oz diet sprite. Mix, bake in 11X15 pan, Yum!
Or one can crushed pineapple into box angel food cake mix. Mix, bake in a jelly roll pan!

How is it that something with a 1/4 cup of butter, canola oil, 2/3 cup of sugar (brown and white), and a cup of chocolate chips can possibly be called healthy???? Give me a break. As an exercise physiologist, I see right through this. But, for the average joe, this is just asking for bad habits. One of those cookies has 5 g of fat per serving. Ok, so who the hell is going to eat 1!??!
Poor article. Shame on you.
