Why are we still obsessed with high fat content?? Unless you've got bad cholestrol, thats NOT the problem...read South Beach diet and learn about the glycemic index....the REAL culprit. Get a clue

A pox on Maggie Zemser and all the other food nazis! May they be condemned to eating sticks and twigs for all eternity!

Superbowl is like Christmas, your birthday and Thanksgiving. A time to have fun and eat what you want. Everything in moderation! We are having all the bad Chinese stuff on Sunday and with our team the Patriots we will probably be jumping out of joy or frustration so much I am not going to force my family to eat carrot sticks during a great game. Healthy eating every other day is fine, moderation is the key.

If your having to watch what you eat now, then you must have a big butt. This information is very informative, but come on alittle exercise helps. Sure there is fat in this and that, but we need to get up off our butts and do something. Like the person who said they were on Slim fast and need to loose 24 lbs by March, I sure hope your exercising as well and not relying on just the Slim Fast. You have to exercise too. You can cheap one day, but exercise

I used to work at Papa John's pizza, and the Thin crust actually has more calories than the regular dough pizza, plus its packed with preservitives since it is not made fresh.

Um, excuse me, sour cream DOES have taste and so good it is! I'll never give it up. I consider myself fairly healthy, not obsessed. I never deprive myself and I don't eat low fat this or fat free that or sugar free ANYTHING! All the taste is replaced with chemicals anyway. Eat well-balanced, read labels and stay away from chemicals, don't eat a lot of fried food or grease, drink some water each day, and get out for some fresh air and a little walk and ENJOY YOUR FOOD!! I'd rather have a little chub on me and enjoy what I eat then have a fat-free body and be obsessed with counting my calories and fat grams and working out until I drop - what normal person can keep that kind of life up?. Life is too short to live that way. You can eat all of those foods listed and still be healthy, don't let anyone tell you different. Be smart and aware of your health and adjust your diet accordingly - that will be different for each person.

Sour cream? Tasteless?! I can't eat dairy any more due to allergy, but I remember how tasty and creamy and amazing sour cream was. Just had to pick that bone.
