I'm sorry, but when recipe 1 calls for using frozen pancakes and just "jazzing" them up, that's just lame.

One recipe I use for making easy pancakes; for the "just add water" mix, I use beer instead of water. Oh how full and fluffy!! You cannot taste the beer, but if you tried it, you would not go back to using water.

These look wonderful and I love the variety of the recipes. You have something for everyone, from beginner to very experienced. While I haven't tried these, I have tried similar recipes and encourage everyone to do something a little different. ESPECIALLY the puffed oven pancakes. Those are FANTASTIC! As an alternative, try topping your batter with fresh or canned peaches while it bakes!
