Uh, what kind of host/hostess serves their party guests holiday leftovers? I'm no Martha Stewart by any means, but for cryin' out loud, put forth a little effort if you're hosting a party. I don't want to go to a party and be served "HanuXmasYears Green Bean Casserole". Tacky tacky tacky!

Would you really have invite guests and serve leftovers disguised as a casserole.? Ridiculous

Are casserole back? None of this appeals to me. food should be basic like chili, pulled barbacued pork and great buns, cheese tray, no party hangs on the food, that I've ever been too, unless its a company party then it better be good or noone would come.

Say "No!" to bullion cubes, boxed stuffing mix and cans of condensed cream of ANYTHING soupl And miracle whip? Please. Maybe if you were doing a bodega challenge but otherwise, if you must try one of these recipes, look to the Chilaquiles, Gnocchi or Shrimp Chili Casseroles.

Please do not include me on any invitation lists that are serving these dishes. I would rather have a veggie platter and good company.
