    Wonderful options! A wine pairing would make the menus complete, but all in all, a good bit of info!

    These all sound wonderful and I wish I could savor the dishes but in every menu, there is food my wife will just not eat or even try. Some days it is just hell being a cook, for a picky eater.

    very few would i eat luv mushrooms merangue, no desserts anymore got me to thinking make sugar free chocolate pudding with whipped cream on top all those seasonings i cannot take my dogs will not eat the sage stuffing i made last time

    Green bean casserole -- underrated, but very delicious. It complements mashed potatoes and has great potential for tasty leftovers the day after. Man, I miss the holidays already...
