I tried a similar recipe for pumpkin cheesecake last year, and it was fantastic!!! everyone gobbleds it up, the crust was the same although i used hazelnuts. The marble effect is a nice touch...i may use that trick this thanksgiving!!!!!

It's unfortunate that so many of these dishes are ridiculously high in fat and sugar. Pumpkin is a very nutritious, but none of those great qualities are utilized here. Most people expect to pack on the calories for pumpkin cheesecake and the like. But 902 calories per serving for pumpkin lasgna? That's worse than the Olive Garden supersize lasagna at 854 calories. I think I'll pass on this heart attack-in-a-pan and opt for the soup.

Pumpkin spice bread with blended orange marmalde and cream cheese is the best. I make tons of it every year and it never lasts long.
Martha Stewart's pumpkin pancakes are the best I have tried. They were published in her magazine last October.

This is awesome! I always look for good fall recipes when the leaves turn color. These look great. By the way want to make your chili tast better on NFL sunday. 2 cups of pumpkin make it the best recipe!
